TOP Outsourcing is made up of an experienced team of accountants with over 20 years of experience in bookkeeping, supervision of finance and accounting departments, taxes and audit. Among our staff there are both statutory auditors and ACCA members.

We also cooperate with tax advisors and law firms so that entrepreneurs can rely on comprehensive support in one place, in a true one-stop-shop model.

Agnieszka Tyczyńska‑Osińska, Partner

I am a co‑founder of TOP Outsourcing and, since the beginning of the company’s operations, I have been responsible for supervising accounting teams as well as coordinating and ensuring the quality of delivered services. I have 25 years of experience in finance, accounting and audit, gained in roles such as Chief Accountant, Finance Director, statutory auditor and Head of Audit.

I completed my Master’s degree in Finance and Accounting at the Warsaw School of Economics, followed by doctoral studies at the same university. I hold the statutory auditor qualification and I am an ACCA member. I have broad hands‑on knowledge of many accounting systems, including SAP, Simple, Raks, Symfonia, Prestiż, Exact, Enova, Comarch Optima and others.

In projects, I focus primarily on supervising team work, ensuring high quality of services and onboarding new clients.

I particularly value continuous professional development and cooperation with clients from different countries and industries.

I am a co‑founder of TOP Outsourcing. I have been working in accounting for a dozen years. I have worked in multi‑team, project‑driven environments where deadlines, quality and strong organisation were essential.

I graduated from the University of Economics in Katowice and I am an ACCA member. I have experience servicing entities from various industries (including IT, services, manufacturing, trade and real estate), both under Polish accounting regulations and international standards (IFRS) — including tax aspects required for reporting and settlements.

I focus on automation, standardisation and quality. I have experience implementing process improvements, building solutions that reduce the risk of errors and working within quality control standards. What matters most to me: clear communication, a partnership approach and the team — good atmosphere, work‑life balance and people motivation are the foundation of effectiveness.
